[ CHALLENGE ]
Encall’s goal is to provide clients with quality service and relevant information in a simple, structured form so they can compare offers and make an informed decision. The next step was an application for arranging a supplier switch online from the comfort of home.

We first built an internal application for managing energy suppliers’ price lists. Then we assembled a 10-person team and developed the DEAP comparison tool inside George internet banking. The customer enters a few pieces of input data and within 2 minutes the entire supplier-switching process is complete.
